How do discounts work for multiple Season Passes?
We sell our season passes as single, double, or triple passes. There is a family discount offered if you buy one of our double or triple Season passes. However, please note that this family discount is only applicable when all passes are for a family of the same civic address as identified on your motor registration certificate. Moreover, the family pass discount is not applicable to a company or organization, it is strictly for the benefit of a single dwelling "family".

Choice # 1 - One Season Pass:
$71.84 + $7.18 Member Contribution to Groomer Fund + $3.59 5% Surcharge + $12.39 HST = Total Cost $95.00
Choice # 2 - Two Season Passes ($12.00 Family Discount):
$134.60 + $13.45 Member Contribution to Groomer Fund + $6.73 5% Surcharge + $23.22 HST = Total Cost $178.00
Choice # 3 - Three Seasons Passes ($24.00 Family Discount):
$197.36 + $19.72 Member Contribution to Groomer Fund + $9.87 5% Surcharge + $34.05 HST = Total Cost $261.00

Are trail pass rates increasing this year?
Trail Pass Rates will remain the same for the 2018-2019 season. Early bird discounts will see a slight change.
What is a Groomer Replacement Fund and why is it added to the cost of my trail pass?
Our groomers are getting old. Currently we have Groomers that were manufactured between the years of 1998 and 2002. To continue keeping the trails groomed effectively and in a timely manner, we have to maintain and/or buy new groomers. With the cost of a new groomer being $285,000.00 or more, we urgently need to build a solid funding for new groomers. For this reason we need a member contribution towards the groomer replacement fund in addition to the trail pass fee. Well maintained and/or new groomers will help us to continue to provide you with well groomed and safe trails. On an additional note, 100% of the funds that you as a "trail pass purchaser" pay towards the Groomer Replacement Fund, will go directly to the replacement fund.
When do Early Bird discount rates come into effect?
The official date for Early bird discount rates is provided by government approval of the upcomign season trail pass rates. Once goverment approval is received trail passes will officially go on sale, which is approximately expected to be mid october.
A notice will be placed here and on our main website when a decision has been made. Early Bird prices are available until December 15.
I have placed an order for a trail pass. How long will it take to arrive?
We usually process your trail pass orders within 7 business days. Once the trail passes are sent out, our customers will usually receive them within 14 business days depending on Canada Post and the shipping address location. Please contact us if it has been more than 30 days since you placed your order and you still have not received your trail pass.

Can I use my Confirmation Invoice as my season pass until I receive my stickers?
No, confirmation invoices cannot be printed and used as a valid pass until stickers are received. If you need a trail pass on short notice you can visit any vendor across the island.
I have placed several multiple orders for trail passses. Will they all arrive in one envelope?
If you have placed multiple orders for trail passes, they may not all arrive in one envelope.
How does the NLSF use my information and what part of my information is stored with NLSF?
The NLSF collects only the information from you that is necessary to complete your order. While placing your order, if you choose to sign up for our mailing list, we will send you periodic emails to related information such as promotions, newsletters or other products and/or services we may offer. All your personal information is kept behind a secure network.
What is a Dealer Demo Trail Pass?
Dealer Demo Trail Passes are similar to the Dealer Plates that are available to automotive dealerships for test driving cars at the dealership. These are Trail Passes that Dealers can move from demo snowmobile to demo snowmobile as required and are not required to be permanently affixed to the machine.
- Demo Trail Passes will be available to snowmobile dealers only.
- Each dealership can purchase up to 5 Demo Trail Passes.
- Demo Trail Passes will be priced at the regular season Trail Pass rate.
Why am I being charged shipping/handling fees?
There are costs associated with shipping out your trail passes quickly and efficiently. In order to cover these costs we have to charge a small shipping/handling fee of $4.00 + HST ($4.60). Currently, this fee is applied on a per transaction basis.
Is there a return/refund policy?
We have a no return/refund policy for trail passes. All trail passes are considered final sale.
